It’s the perfect way to socialise and meet new people as well as participating in sporting activity.

The sessions run from 10:30 to 11:30am. After the hour of sport, feel free to bring a blanket and food for a family picnic.

Peter Ferlie, organiser of Pop Up Games, says it’s not just targeted at the children:

''Pop up games are aimed at families to get down to their local park to have some fun, throwing, catching or kicking a ball. It’s great to see all the family active.''

Our final two sessions will take place at Exwick Play area on the 25th August and Merrivale Park on the 29th. There is no need to book just pop along and join in the fun. For further information contact or visit the Active Exeter Facebook page.
