At Children's Hospice South West (CHSW) we provide care for children who are not expected to survive into adulthood. The care we offer is wide ranging; We provide specialist palliative care, respite for the whole family, a sibling service for brothers and sisters, emergency support. From diagnosis through to bereavement and beyond, we are there for as long as a family needs us.
We are delighted to be partnered with Exeter City Community Trust, helping CHSW raise valuable awareness and funds to support the families in our care.
